Large items (all kayaks and fiberglass/plastic SUPs) are delivered as follows:
- Auckland City Center Area: Door-to-door delivery is included in the standard shipping fee (excluding rural addresses).
- All Other Areas: Delivery is to the nearest available freight depot in the customer's city or region by default. Customers will be notified when their item is ready for collection. Door-to-door delivery is not included in the standard shipping fee.
If you require door-to-door delivery outside Auckland city center areas, please contact us before purchasing with your full delivery address for a customised shipping quote.
