At Wave Passion Outlet, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide the best service to our customers. Below are the details of our warranty and return policies.

Please note that all warranty policies exclude Clearance Items, Used Items and Factory Seconds. Warranty terms for those items are listed on their product pages.

Our warranty is for the first original buyer only. Second hand products are not covered by warranty, however if you have any issues with any product from us please feel free to get in touch and we will try to help.

We can locate your order using your name, contact number, or email address. If you didn't provide this information when placing your order, please keep your receipt for warranty purposes.

10 Years RTB (Return to Base) Warranty for Kayak Hulls

  • Starting from 1st April 2023, we offer a 10 years RTB warranty for all our kayak hulls.
  • 1 Year RTB Warranty for Kayak Parts and Accessories.

2 Years RTB Warranty Inflatable SUPs (Stand Up Paddle Boards)

  • 1 Year RTB Warranty for Parts and Accessories.

1 Year RTB Warranty for Plastic SUPs, Fiberglass SUPs, Carbon SUPs and Foil boards.

  • 1 Year RTB Warranty for Parts and Accessories.

1 Year RTB Warranty for all other accessories by default unless stated otherwise in the product details page.

Not satisfied? Return the item in its original condition for a refund, no questions asked.

For used items, we will charge a restocking fee start from 20%, depending on the condition of the items we reserve the right to decline the product return.

What will happen if I have a faulty product?

  • Please send us a message with your order details and describe the issue.
  • Within 7 days of purchase: We will replace it with a new one, or make a full refund.
  • Within 30 days of purchase: We will have it fixed to as new condition, or replace it with a new one if that's not possible.
  • After 30 days of purchase: We will repair the product for you, or replace it with a product in similar condition.
  • Postage is not refundable in any case.

What's not covered by Warranty?

Most of our kayaks are roto-moulded and as a result no one can control the color outcome exactly, the color of the kayak is not covered by warranty.

Customer misuse, normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
