Shipping and Delivery

Fast and Reliable Delivery

For all small items including inflatable SUPs, We will arrange to dispatch your order using courier post tracked parcel within 2 working days after payment is cleared. A tracking number will be emailed once your items are dispatched.

Delivery time frame is 1-2 working days to most North Island addresses and 2-3 days to most South Island addresses. Rural addresses might take a few more days. Please note that all parcels are signature required by default.

Bulk Items Delivery

If you ordered a bulk item like a kayak or fiberglass paddle board, it will be dispatched to the selected freight depot closest to your address. If you wish to have them dispatched to a different freight depot than the one near your city (for example, your address is in Rotorua but you wish to have it dispatched to Whangarei Depot), please give us a call immediately at 09-4147289 so that we can arrange accordingly.

Contact and Tracking

Please make sure we can reach you on your contact number. The freight company will call once it’s available for pick-up. If not, please feel free to call them or call us to confirm.

Please check the package when picking up your order. If there are any signs of damage, please do NOT sign the paperwork as 'Received in Good Condition'. Please advise the freight company as soon as possible, take some photos, and email us as well. We will help with the claim process.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items will have a label clearly stating it's a pre-order item and the estimated time of arrival. Pre-order items will be dispatched once available.

Delayed Orders

If your order doesn't show up after 5 days, please contact us ASAP and we will double-check for you.
